The hotel's location in the historic center was perfect - I could easily walk to all the main sightseeings in the old town. It was also conveniently situated on a hill with great views. With two metro stations very close by, transportation was easy.

Beautiful building, helpful staff. Strategic location for exploring Lisbon. Limited English at times. Dark ground floor room had leak incident, upgraded to spacious top floor room. Good breakfast, lots of options. Restaurants nearby. Walking distance to sights. Some hills but manageable. No emojis.

AC and mini-fridge in the room. Helpful staff offering travel information and maps. Nearby restaurant, Velho Macedo, with delicious food and drinks.

I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, Carlos, who answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations. The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to walk to all the attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning and towel change. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lisbon.

The bed was very comfortable and the aesthetic of the hotel was excellent, with a royal feel. The reception staff, especially Rita, were courteous and cute. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for different dietary needs.
The TV in the room was not a smart TV as we couldn't access Netflix or other streaming platforms. the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and it was fantastic! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, and they even helped me plan out my sightseeing itinerary. The room was modern and comfy, and the facilities were spotless. I loved the free toiletries in my room, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, without hesitation!

The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street yet close to all the local attractions and transportations. You can easily walk to the main sights in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors and great views from the top floors. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The shower door had some issues with the rubber, causing water to leak outside.
